However, since she had a baby to care for, she overcame her phobia.

Aptly named technophobia, this fear stemmed from the Industrial Revolution and workers being afraid that machines would take their jobs. It applies in a similar way to today’s society, as well as people being scared of technology getting too advanced, such as artificial intelligence technology.
